Welcome to the Department of Business Studies at UNITECH. Photo was taken at around 7:45 in the morning, on my way to work. Students walking to classes as some of them start at 8:00am. The building is pretty run down, in fact all of the buildings on campus are pretty run down. The grounds are beautiful and mostly well maintained. I normally get to work by 8:00am, it is a 20min walk to work and one day I will post some photos of my walk in. It is currently the last week of the academic semester, study week next week and then exams the week after. This is followed by a two week break before launching into the 2nd semester. I was hoping to have a week off and go somewhere nice but… the 1st week of the break is taken up with exam marking and meetings, the 2nd week of the break is taken up with preparing for the 2nd semester. No rest for the wicked !!! Will still try and get a away for say 3 days and I might head up to Goroka and catchup with Eden and Jason (2x AVI’s). Goroka is the coffee capital of PNG and is a lot more relaxed compared to Lae (I’m hoping).
