Tomorrow I head up to Goroka (Eastern Highlands) for a few days

Even more on betelnut…

And those of you wandering what the “high” from betelnut is like I would best describe it as

A mere observation…

For those of you that find “farting” amusing (as I do).

More on betelnut…

And for those of you wandering what a betelnut addict looks like

A Sunday morning stroll into work….

Have been wanting for some time to show you my walk into the office. It is Sunday today and was feeling a little bored (wasn’t really in the mood for church)

In PNG for almost 3x months….

Before leaving I promised my family that if things didn’t work out in PNG that I would have the humility to admit this and slowly make why way back home.

This weekend past and a few words on settlements…

An interesting couple of days

More on buai….

Over the past few days some of you have been asking me : What is this betelnut?

Breakup for the students of UNITECH….

UNITECH students breakup today for a 3 week break. Lucky buggers ! Many of them heading of to their homes for the semester holiday’s, so the next few weeks should be fairly quiet

A photo with the Vice Chancellor – Mr Baloiloi….

I arrived in Lae on Saturday, 16th of April. The following Tuesday the Department of Business (DBS) organised a dinner at one of the local chinese restaurants (Aviat Club) to formally welcome a candidate for Head of Department (HOD). Note that the position of Head of Department has been open for a number of years. On this occasion there was only one candidate for the position. It turns out that he has been offered the position but as far as I’m aware has not yet accepted. All in good time, all in PNG time !!!
