A quick post to let you all know that the leaking tap, in the Business Studies men's toilet I mentioned yesterday, has been fixed.
One of two things must have happened:
1) The maintenance people just happened to turn up to fix the tap one day after I posted my article.
2) Someone able to “pull strings” read my blog post and made a phone call to “push” things along.
Who cares whether it was 1) or 2)…. the dam tap is now fixed and 2.1 Mlitres of water per year not going to waste.
Was it 1) or 2)…….. ???
Just suppose option '2' got things moving along…..
I might do an article on the state of the “Singles Quarters” in Area 5 next. Throw in a few photos and a bit of a rundown on the shocking state of these living quarters. Who knows? The much needed and promised repairs might just happen.
Worth a try…..
