Buai or betelnut is extremely popular in PNG and the number of stores where you can buy the stuff reflects this demand. UNITECH is no exception to this and therefore you will find plenty of buai being sold on campus. I would estimate at least 24 of these little stores spread all over the university grounds. These markets or stores are basically a table that has been setup out the front of someone's house. Normally, wherever buai is sold you can also pickup a spier or a lose cigarette.
