My 10 mins of fame now over…
This morning I was interviewed by James O’Brian from the 702 ABC Radio program : “Meet the Expats”. The interview went live to air at around 6:20am this morning Sydney time (5:20am PNG time).
As with speeches and interviews, afterwards I thought about the things I shared that I should not have and of course the things I did not share that perhaps I should have.
(Don’t the “shoulds” give you the shits!!!)
Anyway, I do hope that my experience living and working in PNG as a volunteer come across positive. It certainly is!! I will say though that 5:00am is a bit on the early side for doing “live” radio inteviews. It normally takes me 2 hours to wake up at the best of times.
Lastly, I have been told by ABC Radio staff that a verbal transcript of the interview will be posted on to the ABC website.
