Well meet the man…
His name?… Ellyson.
He is married to Alberta (also in the above photo). Alberta is Eli’s cousin and her and Ellyson both hale in from “Massey“, a small village about 4 miles outside of Goroka. A couple of months ago I had the opportunity to stay with them in their village. (Goroka Trip (17/2/06) – Part #1).
Well, a couple of weeks ago, Friday the 7th of April to be precise I had Ellyson and Alberta both stay with me here at UNITECH. They were here for the Graduation Ceremony and arrived on the Thursday evening and stayed till the Sunday. It was nice to return the favour and to have them around for a couple of days. The women ended up doing all the cooking – which gave Ellyson and myself time to catchup on some “blokey” talk.
(What would us blokes do without the women folk ? – obviously a lot of talking and not much eating)
