5 days off the smokes !!

Have not had a ciggie for 5 days now !! Been here before – easy to stop, not so easy to stay stopped. The conviction is there to stay stopped – just got to keep nurturing it.

From the moment I stopped I have been compiling a list of the personal positives in not smoking, these are as follows:

- a clearer head
- more awareness in meditation practice
- body + mind healing
- saving K100 / week !
- more able to make a quality decision re beyond Dec 2006
- far less “moody”
- detached from the smokers “stigma”
- clean fingers
- no more body/breath/clothes stench
- more present
- more energy
- clearer skin
- whiter teeth
- mouth doesn’t taste like an ashtray
- overall more relaxed
- higher libido
- wake up in morning more positive + cheerful
- breathing is easier
- the coughing is slowly leaving
