Goasa (above photo) has arrived safely in Taiwan. He will be spending the next five weeks in Taipei doing a “Multimedia” course (I think). As I hear from him or receive email or maybe some photos (he has a digital camera with him) – I will post these to the blog.
His 1st email arrived yesterday and reads as follows:
I arrived Taipei safely Friday 9 June with my 2 PNG collegues Simon and Ricky. We overnight Singapore Thursday and caught the flight out on Friday morning to Taipei.
There are participants from other countries who are not here yet. We are expecting them today. The opening ceremony is on tomorrow. I had the privillege to visit the Computex 2006 Taiwan show yesterday which was massive. I will send you some photos soon.

Where is Goasa now?
I hear he is somewhere in Port Moresby but that’s all I know. Have not had contact with him for at least three years.
