The local Lae Kickboxing clubs will be now able to purchase four pairs of boxing gloves. CCK Academy have kindly donated $100 to the Lae clubs for the purpose of purchasing this training equipment. Currently the two kickboxing clubs in Lae do not have any training equipment whatsoever. The gloves will certainly come in “handy”.
I have arranged to meet John Wal (Chief Instructor) later this morning and we will be heading into town and visiting one of the local sports stores to purchase the boxing gloves. I'm sure some photos of this momentous occasion will follow. Stay tuned !
The Wishlist strikes again! Great stuff. It's that easy for the folks that have a little “extra” to give something to those less fortunate.
