I grabbed the opportunity a couple of weeks ago to snap a few photos of my IS215 class (Accounting Information Systems). There were a couple of students missing on the day but most of the 20 showed.
A couple of group photos were organised on the day and then I asked the students to divide up into their respective PNG Regions. I then managed to snap a few photos of the students in these smaller groups.
It is both a joy and a privilege to work with PNG students, it can be challenging at times I must admit but overall a very rewarding experience. When my AVI contract expires later this year it is going to be difficult to tear myself away from the teaching. Teaching is great – it's all the other “bullshit” that goes along with the job that's distracting and at times annoying.
Photos from the IS215 (2006) class can be viewed in the IS215 – 2006 Sem #1 photo album.
Catch.
