Arrived on Friday, 21st of July – thanks to Mum and family !!
Thanks a million Mum and family !
I have had a squiz inside the box and it is packed full of 2nd hand clothes and some kids shoes and toys. The locals will be over the moon – well the lucky ones anyway.
There was also a bag of dutch liquorice – a nice surpise! Have already started on it… probably not a great idea with the Malaria and stomach upset I now have.
The approach I am taking with giving stuff away is not to give it away all in one go but gradually. Opportunities inevitably come along to give someone something. I aim to give this stuff to people and kids in need. So what ends up in the bin back at home is a godsend for someone round these parts.
Keep the stuff coming ! If only you could be here to see how much your generosity is appreciated by the locals. I love it !!
