…now have names!
Boy pig : “Prof”
Girl pig : “Princess”
“Prof” and “Princess” are settiling in very nicely and I get the feeling they are thoroughly enjoying their new home.
This afternoon they get a bath!
Eli and myself have been sitting down and talking with them. Incredibly smart animals – pigs. They respond to human voice and respond to interaction very well.
PNG people and their pigs!!
On the one hand it feels really bizarre having Mr and Mrs Oink now living underneath my bedroom and on the other hand I know it's going to be really nice having that interaction with a pet back in my life.
Besides… my measure of wealth has just jumped in leaps and bounds. Two pigs… kind of puts around middle class I think. The day the “Oinks” fall in love and start a family – the wealth and status stakes will jump again – from middle to upper class overnight!!!
Anything for a weird life!!
