What did I do this morning, after I woke up, I hear you ask…
- Woke up just on sunrise (approx 5:45am).
- Had a bit of “scratch” and a “illikuli” (wishing it was the weekend).
- Up at 6.
- Drank a glass of water (room temperature).
- Did some stretching and pushups.
- Went outside and had my 1st ciggie (useless things).
- Went back inside and meditated for 30mins.
- Ate breakfast : 4x wheatbix + milk (and had a another one of those
filthy ciggies)
- Went and said good morning to “Prof” and “Princess” (The Oinks) – gave
them a scratch, had a chat and hand fed them some fresh coconut meat.
- Went back inside and collected their (the Oinks) feeding dish and
filled it up with cooked “kaukau” (yams) and water. Went back outside
and gave them (again the Oinks) their breakfast. Another scratch and chat.
- Put the kettle on low heat.
- Performed 3 out of the the 5 s's (Shit, Shower, Shave, Shampoo and a
Shag) – your guess as to which ones I missed out on!
- Got dressed and packed for work.
- Made a coffee.
- Sat outside and drank the best coffee ever (with another ciggie of
course).
- Went back inside – washed my mug – turned out some lights – collected
my back pack (briefcase) and headed into work (barefoot).
- Walked into work “lek nating” (barefoot) due to the pouring rain and
arrived at my office spot on 8am.
And here we are – tis 9:55am and I've got a shit load of marking to get
through.
Got to run…

tingting bilong yu…
