Back in my home town
and spinning!
Like a spinning top,
well almost.
Culture shock when going,
reverse culture shock when back.
Is there no rest?
Why?
Are the differences that great?
What’s next?
That lost feeling again,
unsure,
confused,
and questioning.
Is there no rest?
Have I made the right decision,
to go back to PNG,
for another two years,
Have I made the right decision?
And round and round we go,
chatter,
worms,
and committees.
Is there no rest?
Yep!
I know why!
Why?
All over the place,
pick up the pieces please.
Would you do that for me?
Please!?
Rantings…
rantings…
and more rantings,
plenty of rantings.
Out of the system now,
confusion,
neurosis,
obsession.
Release,
acceptance,
and back to square one.
Ladies and gentlemen…
Sydney town!!
Your welcome…
