I was passing through Glen Innes on my way back from Toowoomba, it was roughly 6:00pm and I was starting to think about sleeping arrangements for the night. Spotted a motel with a big sign out the front that read:

Had a top day today. Woke up early, as Mum was headed out to Homebush for the tennis. Mum does a lot of volunteering you see, we all knock her from time to time – reckon she does too much of it. Who are we to judge what Mum does with her time, she’s active isn’t she besides, I admire her for her zest, motivation and love for people…
