Over the past 24 hours the winners of Eastern Highlands Province Open and Regional seats have been declared. For the latest results check out the PNG Electoral Commission website. It's not totally up to date but will certainly provide a good insight into how things are moving along. What they call the “writs” will need to be returned tomorrow.
