The last few days…

I have not posted anything to the blog.

Why?

Two reasons:

1) Eli played in a soccer tournament and I tried to catch as many games as I could.

2) Between games I was busy working on my new blog/website project.

'2' has got me by the short and curlies!

I've been taking a closer look at a blogging platform called WordPress.

Yep!

And where's there WordPress – there's themes!

Yes themes!

But which one?

Free or paid?

And there's the photos…

Gallery2 or flickr?

Perhaps a little bit of web stuff thrown in?

But how?

Do I call on Jumla?

And how to get it all to integrate?

I'm in the middle of a nightmare folks!

It's dark…

And it's all tunnel – no light!

html, xml and opml….
plugins, widgets and themes….
templates, css and php…
ftp, smtp and procmail…

Yes…

And in the end…

It all needs to work!

Bastards!

Why wasn't I born a peasant?

I would not have even heard of the word technology…

or internet,
or www,
or e-whatever!
