Yep!
Folks – this is where I will be for next few days…

The above photo was taken during our last weekender. As you can see: hut on the left, a meandering path in the middle and the icy cold gushing stream of to the right! Locals sitting and hanging around, sharing a story or two are also very much a part of our weekends away.
As I have mentioned previously, always hard to get away from the grind of town (not to mention the dreaded wait for that PMV), but once I hit that Highway and Goroka town disappears behind us, I start to feel all the stresses, woes and other burdens of life slowly dissipate into nothingness.
By the time we actually make it out to Waraguma, all the negativity that I started out with is replaced with a simple tiredness and a yearning to just be.
