From piddly dialup to real speed!!
After arriving in Sydney last night I have not been able to help myself and have already taken full advantage of the fantastic internet speeds available to the average folks Downunder…
Eagle has landed in Sydney!
after a 4 hour flight from Moresby – I landed safely in Sydney last night. Was met by Mum, John, Yolande, Jackson and Maxi – it is tops to see and hug my family again. It’s nice to be in Sydney again and having a rest from the intensity and overwhelm of PNG. At the moment taking Mum’s ADSL2 connection for a bit of a test run magic!!…
Bye bye Papua New Guinea

Disorder in the Courts
These classics are from a book called “Disorder in the American Courts” , and are things people actually said in court , word for word , taken down and now published by court reporters that had the torment of staying calm while these exchanges were actually taking place…
The axe handle behind my front door
he axe handle that normally sits behind our front door got a work out the night before last. After getting woken up at 2:00am by loud music from our inconsiderate neighbours – I jumped out of bed like a raging bull – grabbed the axe handle and went absolutely berserk. I swung that bit of wood and yelled like a mad man for 3 full minutes. Luckily no one was hurt apart from the fence and a few trees. Interestingly the loud music stopped quicker than what you can say “kakaruk”…
