No power, water or telephone

I was sitting at home last night – no power,  no running water and no telephone – all out of order! And I began to wander what it is that the local politicians have been doing since they got into power back in 2007. To the chiefs of the Eastern Highlands and Goroka… the situation with the local infrastructure is disgusting and deteriorating – stop blaming others and start taking responsibility!!
