The lack of consideration and courtesy Papua New Guineans display towards neighbours when it comes to all night drunken orgies and excruciatingly loud music seems to know no bounds.
Those that choose to pamuk, piss it up and carry on like beasts all night should be relegated to the blok.
I believe that the following “gone to the dogs” image depicts perfectly this ugly aspect to communal living within a PNG town.
