During my recent visit to Australia over the xmas / new year break I stayed mostly at Mum's at Umina Beach on the sunny Central Coast of NSW, not far from Gosford.
As we live and spend time with people we inevitably learn about their little likes /dislikes, perks / querks and perhaps some of their pet hates. In Mum's case I learned that she absolutely detests the neighbouring dogs walking past, coming up and “shitting” on her lawn. This is all fair enough and reasonable by anyone's standards.
The inevitable happened…
In Mum's words:
“Unfortunately I had an issue with Jim and Veronica across the road from Jean. Last week I had 4 times a heap of sh…. on my front lawn. I always said :If I catch the dog I will put it in their letter box. Well I did catch their dog. I wrote a letter and with the sh… put it on their letter box. “
Unfortunately Mum now has two issues:
Firstly, a local dog that shits on her front lawn and secondly neighbours that have stopped talking to her!!
