After months of waiting and waiting and waiting…. the ITShare container has finally made it to Goroka. It was delivered by Wagi Valley transport at around 8:30am and we had the thing unloaded by lunch time! All 40 foot worth!!
An addition to 120 PC’s and accessories there was also a whole bunch of extraordinary stuff for the hospital. At around 3:30pm I spotted the the CEO - Dr. Apa, wheeling some weird machine up to the Operating Theatre. There were paints and beds, linen and syringes, wheel chairs and stationery. Basically all sorts of stuff which the Hospital desperately needs.
